Refund policy

All Well Worn Collection rentals are final sale — we do not offer refunds on rental fees or dry cleaning charges once an item has been dispatched. Items must be returned by the agreed return date. Late returns may incur an additional rental fee. All items must be returned in the same condition they were received. Members are responsible for any damage beyond normal wear. Dry cleaning is required before return and is the responsibility of the renter unless otherwise arranged. Membership fees are non-refundable once a billing cycle has begun.
